A graduate of the University of Oxford, Maddy Turley founded MTC Ecommerce following an extensive retail career, notably holding senior positions at Tesco and Wiggle.

Focussing on operational execution, Maddy and her wide network of partners and experts can work with you to develop any aspect of your ecommerce and international business.

As well as possessing a rounded retail background established through a number of years at Tesco, where she held senior roles in Buying, Business Development and Tesco.com, Maddy is an expert in international e-commerce with deep operational experience in strategy execution, proposition development and trading.

During her time at Wiggle, tasked with building an international function from scratch, Maddy established a team that launched, developed and traded 13 different international sites in countries ranging from European strongholds such as Germany and France to e-commerce environments as diverse as Russia and China.   Maddy developed deep experience of market selection, international payment methods, managing customer service for international markets, translation / trans-localization, international online marketing, international distribution and approaches to delivering scale through international trading platforms.

Since founding MTC ECommerce Maddy has worked with a number of companies ranging from start up to blue chip to define, design and execute their international strategies, calling on her wide network of partners and experts to assist where necessary.
